- Schedule and coordinate training activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide expert support to employees and HR stakeholders on training-related matters.
- Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training administration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail, with an open and investigative mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see issues at both a high-level and in detail.
- Excellent communication, partnering, and influencing skills.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
