Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage the logistics of our training programs. As a Training Program Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of training data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the development and administration of exams, including serving as an invigilator when required.
  • Verify student enrollment status and oversee assignment submissions.
  • Provide logistical support, including classroom setup, trainer assistance, and refreshment coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
