Job Overview

As a Training Program Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting short courses to prospective learners. Your primary objective is to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will engage with potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in consultations.
  • Achieve sales targets by pitching suitable training programs to learners and handling the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post-enrollment follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of CRM data and update lead statuses in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and campaign follow-ups.
  • Represent the organization at roadshows, course previews, and events to promote courses.
  • Develop strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to provide excellent customer service and uphold the organization's reputation as a trusted training provider.
