Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in the Web3 space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our custom Web3 platform.
  • Architect and implement NFT-based products within our membership ecosystem, ensuring secure minting, wallet integration, and user-friendly access via smart contracts.
  • Lead the development of AI-driven features to enhance user experience, leveraging tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing decentralized tech team, including senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist.
  • Ensure robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations in key markets.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and align technology with business objectives.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices to ensure scalability and reliability of our decentralized platform.
  • Stay at the forefront of Web3, NFT, and AI trends, advising leadership on emerging technology opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech.
  • Proven track record in building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams.
  • Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), including recommendation systems and personalization features.
  • Full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, , Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with seamless API integrations.
  • Cloud and DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized applications.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, having scaled teams of 5–20+ engineers.
