Senior Digital Transformation Leader

A highly strategic and results-driven Senior Digital Transformation Leader is required to drive the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives across our organization.

This senior-level position will oversee the development of comprehensive strategies to modernize business operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive efficiencies through the adoption of digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Digital Transformation Strategy: Create long-term plans to integrate digital tools, processes, and platforms to achieve business goals.
  • Leadership and Change Management: Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and champion digital transformation throughout the organization.
  • Alignment with Business Objectives: Ensure digital initiatives align with the overall business strategy, focusing on value creation, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies.
  • Innovation Management: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, integrating relevant innovations to improve processes or products.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Promote the use of analytics, data, and business intelligence tools to guide decision-making across departments.
  • Automation Implementation: Oversee the integration of automation tools (e.g., robotic process automation, AI-driven workflows) to streamline operations.
  • Digital Customer Journeys: Implement digital strategies to improve customer interactions, personalizing services, and optimizing the customer experience.
  • Omni-Channel Strategy: Oversee the integration of digital platforms to offer seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints (e.g., online, mobile, social media).
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to digital transformation projects, including those related to technology failures or resistance to change.
  • Digital Skill Development: Lead the upskilling and reskilling of employees to work with new technologies and processes.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) or Managing Director/CEO, depending on the organizational structure.
