Job Title: Building and Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team as a building and maintenance technician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the daily operation of our M&E services, including carrying out planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspections.

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Working Timing: Shifts based on duty roster
  • Working Location: Islandwide, based on project availability or mobile team

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of the M&E services
  2. Carry out weekly checks on the estate's M&E system and minor troubleshooting on failure of systems
  3. Perform minor troubleshooting on any failure of the M&E systems
  4. Maintain a proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials purchase
  5. Respond to ad-hoc complaints received from management
  6. Respond and attend to all emergency calls and reinforce manpower during minor breakdown of M&E equipment
  7. Ensure that service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with the service contract
  8. Follow external contractors at site for routine servicing
  9. Attend to any other job function on M&E related issues assigned from time to time
  10. Carry out minor items of repair, such as repair of fixtures/fittings and touch up painting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Technical knowledge of M&E systems

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
