As a Senior Unsecured Lending Portfolio Manager at OCBC Bank, you will be responsible for driving the profitability of our Unsecured Loans business. This includes leading and managing a team to optimize credit and lending opportunities, ensuring accurate regulatory reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders such as CFS Finance and Credit Collections.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in unsecured credit business, preferably as a product manager. You should have management experience in leading a team of unsecured credit lending and portfolio product managers, as well as expertise in managing end-to-end unsecured credit products, including interest-based and/or fee-based balance transfer/installment loans and exempted loans.
You will also need to have managed business P&L and familiarity with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations governing unsecured credit and payments. A strong understanding of the Singapore market and its dynamics is essential.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of SGD 180,000 - SGD 250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The role offers a permanent full-time schedule with a chance to work with a leading financial institution in Singapore.
