Project Lead

The role of the Project Lead involves overseeing and directing various projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Direction: The Project Lead will be responsible for leading and guiding project teams towards a common objective, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and meet deadlines.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by managing escalations and serving as the single point of contact.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality criteria while delivering projects that meet client expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate project team activities through task delegation, resource assignment, and programme management.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation is in order.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience in the Security Industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) is an advantage.
