Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project's overall performance, ensuring timely completion, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Director in managing the project's overall performance and prepare project management and quality plans.
  • Oversee the implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled time, cost, and quality.
  • Manage project staff and ensure high-quality services are performed according to company policies and contract terms.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and facilitate harmonious working relationships among project team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of construction works and adherence to environmental and safety standards.
  • Fulfill project requirements, including provisional overhead adjustments, claims, and release of retention, and obtain certification of completion as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience on MRT LTA Projects with expertise in Depot or Railway Projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and work effectively with team members to deliver project outcomes.
  • A track record of successful project implementation in the construction industry.
