Job Title: Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful applicant will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals to achieve project objectives. They will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

In addition to their leadership skills, the successful applicant will have a solid understanding of construction processes and procedures, including safety protocols, risk management, and quality control measures. They will also be familiar with relevant legislation and regulations governing the construction industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including procurement, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with a large contractor or construction company.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
