Construction Project Lead
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of construction projects from planning through completion.
About the Role
- Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle within agreed parameters, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Planning & Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least one full HDB project from start to handover.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of construction standards, statutory requirements, and best practices in Singapore.
