Job Title: Communication Specialist

The role of a Communication Specialist involves providing expert therapeutic services to children with developmental delays or disabilities. By offering comprehensive and tailored interventions, assessments, and therapy plans, we empower young individuals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering targeted therapy sessions to improve the communication skills of children (0 to 6 years) with special needs.
  • Evaluating oromotor, speech, language, and functional communication skills & needs of young children with special needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborating closely with parents and teachers to ensure optimal outcomes through direct therapy, consultation, and progress monitoring.
  • Working in a trans-disciplinary setting with the intervention team to assess, develop goals, implement strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation on clients' progress to inform decision-making and track development.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions for families and caregivers to support children's growth and development.
