Job Title: Advanced Communication Specialist

About the Role

This is a highly specialized position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: The Advanced Communication Specialist will conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify areas of communication difficulty.
  • Treatment Planning: Based on the assessment results, the Specialist will develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve communication skills.
  • Clinical Education: In addition to direct patient care, the Specialist will participate in clinical education initiatives to promote learning and growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in adult patient care with voice and swallowing disorders.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
