Job Title: Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, your role will involve managing our employer brand and employee communications.

This is a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our company's employer brand, ensuring effective and engaging communications with our employees.

  • Manage and maintain internal communication platforms such as Company Updates and Intranet to ensure effective dissemination of information.
  • Design and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate company townhalls to ensure effective communication between leadership and employees.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and employee portals.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in employer branding, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a creative personality with a knack for storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or equivalent, and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer/brand marketing or employer branding.

We offer a temporary position at mid-senior level with an opportunity to work in the public relations field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal communication platforms.
  • Develop and deliver external recruitment messaging and engagement opportunities.
  • Support stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with corporate communications and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer/brand marketing or employer branding.
