Advanced Gaming Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional support to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced digital gaming equipment used in casino operations. They will maintain and troubleshoot equipment, install new systems, provide training to clients, and respond to technical issues in a timely manner.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel internationally. If you are passionate about technology and customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot digital gaming equipment
  • Perform equipment installations and provide client training
  • Respond to technical issues and service requests on-site or remotely
  • Collect and analyze data to improve equipment performance
  • Build strong client relationships through reliable support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Eligible for casino licensing (no criminal record, bankruptcy, or legal proceedings)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support 24/7 operations
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Open to international travel and potential overseas postings
