Culinary Artist for Diverse Cuisine

About the Role:

As a culinary artist in our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals according to planned menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean and sanitized, including equipment and utensils.
  • Prepare assigned dishes for service according to menu plans.
  • Collect, clean, wash, and sanitize soiled wares for use in other departments.
  • Process food according to corporate and government regulatory control standards.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any faults to management.
  • Collaborate with the unit manager and head chef to plan menus and recipes.
  • Attend weekly service meetings to enhance service levels.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the head chef and/or unit manager.
