Our Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) based hydroponic farm utilizes innovative growing systems and energy-efficient techniques to produce fresher, pesticide-free, and tastier produce in a sustainable manner.

Job Responsibilities

The Line Operator/Urban Farm Grower will play a crucial role in our grower team, working closely with the Urban Farm Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our farm. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing daily germination, transplanting, and harvesting processes in accordance with production plans and crop schedules
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures for growing and packaging produce, as well as pest detection and management
  • Supporting the team in achieving production and operational targets
  • Monitoring produce quality and reporting any incidents
Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the ability to execute assigned tasks in a timely manner and support the growing team. Key requirements include:

  • Ability to work in an outdoor/greenhouse environment
  • Passion for urban farming and engaging the community to promote sustainable living
  • Prior experience in farming is a plus
What We Offer
