At HYDROGRO PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Cultivation Assistant to join our team of passionate individuals who share a love for edible flowers. As a Cultivation Assistant, you will play a vital role in our daily cultivation tasks, ensuring the highest quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the team, monitoring quality control, preparing and maintaining nutrient reservoirs and irrigation systems, mixing of soil, harvesting of flowers daily, and sorting of flowers for packing. We provide comprehensive training for our team members, so no prior experience is required. If you are passionate about flowers and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in daily cultivation tasks.
- Monitor for quality control in line with company standards.
- Preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation systems.
- Mixing of soil.
- Harvesting of flowers daily.
- Sorting of flowers for packing.
Able to work in a team, training will be provided. No experience required.
