Our flagship farm at Henderson was the former Henderson Secondary School; Sky Sprouts was an underutilized rooftop space; Punggol sheltered structures showcases green roofs and upcycled shipping containers, City Sprouts @ West Coast will be located within West Coast Park, and our Pasir Ris hub will be developed in a mature estate within the former Loyang Primary School.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing Communications team. This role will focus on optimizing our digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and driving growth through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and community engagement.

Scope of Work:


1. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for assigned events and initiatives across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email, and offline display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages and physical on-site assets.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across various online and offline channels (website, social media, ads, posters), including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

3. Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through various digital channels.
  • Track and optimize lead generation funnels to maximize conversions.

4. Engagement Rate:

  • Create and manage content that drives engagement across digital platforms.
  • Measure and optimize engagement metrics to ensure high levels of audience interaction.

5. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
  • Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

6. SEO & SEM:

  • Work with an SEO consultant to optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize web content and paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, business development, sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital and/or offline marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva for digital and print design a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
