Project Coordinators are essential to the success of Building Management System (BMS) installations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of assignments.

The ideal candidate will oversee installation progress across multiple projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to guarantee seamless project execution.

  • Monitor and coordinate installation progress across multiple projects, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks, prioritizing deadlines and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Develop proficiency in BMS/BAS platforms, SCADA integration, and data-driven energy analysis, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
  • Apply programming skills in PLC and DDC systems, integrating innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee and ensure all works comply with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of shop drawings with consultants and subcontractors, streamlining communication and reducing errors.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a data centre environment, with knowledge of VAV/VRV/cooling tower/Chillers/chilled water pipe/A&A works.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (Extra Low Voltage), including Navisworks and Revit software.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
