Installation Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire installation process, from planning to execution and final handover.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
  2. Site Supervision: Oversee the setup of the installation site, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
  3. Technical Support & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical/site issues, constraints that arise during installation, working closely with engineers and technicians to provide solutions.
  4. Liaison with Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that the client's requirements and expectations are met.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including daily site reports, inspection reports, and material usage logs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in mechanical engineering or related qualifications.
  • Min 2 years on-site experience.
  • Experience in BIM is an added advantage.
  • Strong independence and good communication in English.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week.
