We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee the setup of the installation site, ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are in place, monitor the installation of ACMV systems, and ensure that the installation is carried out according to safety regulations.
  • Technical Support & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical/site issues, provide on-site technical support to ensure the correct assembly and installation of ACMV systems, and recommend and implement necessary adjustments or modifications during the installation process.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensure that the client's requirements and expectations are met, and provide regular progress updates and reports to Project Managers, Site engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, track and document any changes or variations to the project scope, and attend regular site meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan the next phase of work.
  • Inspection & Testing: Ensure all installed systems and equipment are properly inspected for compliance with design and installation standards, coordinate pre-commissioning tests, and assist in the commissioning of ACMV systems.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Conduct safety briefings, ensure all workers are trained in safety practices specific to ACMV installation, and conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.
  • Coordination of Multiple Trades: Coordinate with other trade contractors (electrical, plumbing, civil) to ensure smooth progress and avoid conflicts between work activities, and sequence work to ensure that ACMV installation is integrated effectively within the overall project.
  • Cost Control: Monitor material usage and inventory to avoid wastage and overstocking, and participate in the handover process to ensure all necessary documentation and manuals are provided to the client.
