**Job Overview**

This is a senior-level position focused on delivering virtualization solutions to support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and match them to suitable virtualization solutions using deep technical knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of our virtualization offerings, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions and provide technical expertise, fostering strong relationships with customers and driving success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest virtualization technologies, trends, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and documentation to support sales efforts, effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for advanced technical expertise.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the virtualization domain, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper-V, enabling effective solution delivery.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage customers at all levels, from technical experts to executive decision-makers.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs, providing innovative solutions and value-added services.
