Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic People & Culture professional to join our team in Asia. This role offers exciting opportunities, builds trust, and takes People & Culture to the next level.

The ideal candidate will act as a change agent for the business, working closely with the Global Group People & Culture team. They will collaborate with business leaders and local People & Culture teams to deliver HR programs and services across multiple countries in Asia.

This role provides direct support to leadership to shape the People & Culture agenda, aligning it with business objectives and driving key initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with APAC leadership to define and deliver People & Culture strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives.
  • Drive organizational design, change management, and transformation projects to support growth and efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize Global Job Architecture frameworks across APAC.
  • Collaborate with global centres of excellence in Europe to ensure consistent execution of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and adoption of HRM systems.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development across diverse markets.
  • Provide advice on complex employee relations, compliance, and regional HR best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in the plastic recycling sector is required.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Global Job Architecture frameworks.
  • Strong track record in organizational design, change management, and transformation projects.
  • Experience working in a matrix multinational organization, collaborating with European-based centres of excellence.
  • Solid knowledge and implementation experience of SAP SuccessFactors and Concur.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse APAC markets.
