As a senior quality assurance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across all aspects of our railway operations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and implementing a robust quality management system, liaising with customers and suppliers on quality standards and requirements, and planning and executing quality control inspections.

  • Maintain and implement a robust quality management system to meet our objectives and goals.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies on quality standards and requirements.
  • Plan and execute quality control inspections across our division, leading a team of quality control personnel where applicable.
  • Schedule and perform quality audits on our quality program at both QMS and project levels.
  • Prevent nonconformities relating to products, processes, and quality systems through proactive measures.
  • Identify and record problems related to products, processes, and quality systems.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to product and process quality issues through designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions to any problem related to products, processes, and quality systems.
  • Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until identified nonconformities have been corrected.
