Digital Product Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Digital Product Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-visibility public-facing digital platform with long-term impact.
You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap development, prioritisation, and release planning. This involves translating strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Hands-on experience in digital product management is essential, including product planning, scoping, and delivery.
- A strong sense of ownership is required when leading products from concept to launch.
- Skillful vendor and contract management, along with handling change/service request and incident management processes, is also necessary.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments, are crucial.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments, with exposure to CI/CD practices, Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), User authentication and identity management.
- Bonus: experience in data analytics and/or visualisation tools would be advantageous.
