Senior Consultant for Business Transformation

A senior-level professional is sought to collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT development team and business users at the consulting level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, configuring, designing, developing and customizing using SAP ABAP;
- Striving for top quality results and continuously looking for ways to standardize, improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and security;
- Working closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality; to set team's target delivery dates and ensure timely delivery;
- Monitoring and identifying business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation;
- Managing complex developments by oneself or guiding respective developers to achieve delivery;
- Training and mentoring junior professionals.
