Business Transformation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a senior member of our organization, you will play a key part in enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Crafting and delivering solutions related to Organisational Design (operating model, organisation structure, process re-engineering, enterprise performance map) based on client strategy direction and needs.
  2. Crafting and delivering strategy workforce planning based on client technology and business mid to long-term journey.
  3. Developing tailored Organisational Change Management solutions based on technology context and client needs, and delivering maximal adoption of new solutions.
  4. Leading program and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives.
  5. Contributing to practice development activities to develop our service offerings and go-to-market initiatives further.

  • Ability to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from various backgrounds.

You will have:

  • Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s).
  • Experience/knowledge of Core HR / Workforce Administration, Talent Management, and Recruitment processes.
  • Ability to provide consultancy services around employee experience and employee journeys in the People and Organisation space.
  • Experience implementing People solutions in technology-related projects, as well as M&A and other complex projects.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required.
  • Adaptability to changes in workload, systems, and processes with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create detail-oriented plans documentation.
