**Job Overview**
As a seasoned professional in process management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of TCGM systems within semiconductor facilities. Your expertise will ensure the smooth functioning of chemical and gas distribution systems, guaranteeing compliance with stringent safety regulations.
- Attend regular customer meetings to provide technical updates and submit operational reports on a daily basis.
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure seamless operations and adherence to established protocols.
- Develop and execute plans for daily TCGM operations and preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections to verify the integrity of chemical, slurry, and gas systems, aligning with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment and system issues, including pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes, and Valve Manifold Panels.
- Manage on-site inventory of spare parts and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring timely replenishment as needed.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, quality trends, and reliability data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers to provide technical support and maintain sufficient chemical and gas materials within designated usage limits.
- Coach and train team members, coordinate with Safety officers on required certifications and training courses.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and 5S in all TCGM-managed areas.
