We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Process Manager to support our organization in maintaining efficiency and quality of operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of processes, from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Develop, implement, and manage business processes to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure adherence to TRIFAP and MOM guidelines, maintain accurate records, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and provide operational support to the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager.
