Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Director (Community Networks and Partnerships) and assisting with event coordination services.
Responsibilities:
  1. Providing administrative support and coordinating events such as OSCAR Night, OSCAR Social networking and learning, and other engagement events.
  2. Assisting with planning and logistics for events, including selecting external event organizers and managing event administration and logistics.
  3. Updating the OSCAR microsite with relevant information and resources.
  4. Managing and updating databases of TF partners and OSCAR grantees.
Requirements:
  1. A diploma or degree from a recognized institution in business or social science.
  2. At least 1-2 years' relevant work experience in admin and event management.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, database management, online forms, and basic design platforms like Canva.
  4. Good coordination skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  5. A team player who can handle tasks independently.
