Our company is seeking a skilled Freelance Event Specialist in Singapore to support the logistics of our upcoming in-person event. As the ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, be based in Singapore, and have relevant experience in corporate events.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate partners and event hosts, to plan and execute successful events.
* Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring seamless execution and problem-solving.
* Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and handling any issues that may arise during the event.
* Facilitate effective communication between the Events Team and other stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the event.
* Assist with post-event activities, including cleaning and shipping materials back to the distribution center.

Essential Skills:
* Excellent English language proficiency and strong communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
* Experience in managing complex events and developing creative solutions to unexpected problems.
* Physical stamina to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.

Working Arrangements:
