The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including reviewing financial results, consolidating accounts, preparing statutory accounts, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical analytical and transactional support to acquisitions, fund managers, and asset managers for a myriad of transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, restructuring, and financing/refinancing.
  • Participate in capital structuring and tax planning for acquisitions & restructuring.
  • Review FDD and tax DD reports, SPA review, NAV negotiation, and other finance-related transaction documents.
  • Liaise and coordinate with fund administrators, accounting service providers, auditors, tax agents, and other service providers.
  • Maintain accounting records for investment holding entities on a regular basis.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of group reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  • Prepare and oversee the financial operations of investment funds, including fund accounting, valuation, and reporting.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely reporting to investors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance related; CA/ACCA/CPA qualified.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting, ideally starting their career in a Big 4 firm and currently with a Private Equity/ Asset Management/ Investment firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to some business travel.
  • Hands-on approach and readiness to shape the role from the beginning.
