
Human Resources Manager Role

The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Manager is to oversee the overall human resources function, ensuring seamless operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of officers in Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing, which includes end-to-end recruitment, scholarship, and internship management, leave and benefits administration, training administration, events management, as well as data entry, reporting, and analytics.
Key duties include coaching and providing on-the-job training to the team, working closely with the HR Manager/Director to oversee staff training and development, performance review, and staff welfare. The ideal candidate must ensure the smooth running of operations, verify and approve deliverables in accordance with standard operating procedures, and address customer issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field, including supervisory experience
- Experience in shared services is an added advantage
- Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred
- Experience using Workday is an advantage
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
- High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized
- Independent, resourceful, team player, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
