Job Title: Industrial Engineering Lead

The Media Factory is responsible for planning and managing its factory capacity to support media operations. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the project to digitalize and transform the main area of industrial engineering capital planning automation, optimization, and visualization.

You will take ownership of planning and executing the factory's capital and layout, maintaining and updating it regularly. You will also communicate with factory functional departments to keep planning parameters updated and support the IE manager in computing and submitting regular factory plans.

  • Lead the project to help organize, digitalize, and transform the main area of industrial engineering capital planning automation, optimization, and and visualization.
  • Take ownership of planning and executing the factory's capital and layout.
  • Maintain and keep the factory capital and layout up-to-date.
  • Regular communication with factory functional departments to keep planning parameters updated.
  • Support the IE manager to compute, understand, and submit regular factory budgetary plans and long-term factory plans.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for digitalizing and transforming industrial engineering capital planning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of factory capital and layout.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on planning parameters and budgetary plans.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term factory plans and ensure their timely submission.
