Job Title: Assistant Director of Talent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill positions across our hotels and resorts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workforce development programs that drive business results and employee engagement.
  • Manage the annual Talent & Culture budget and provide monthly forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, hotel policies, and departmental procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and workforce development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Dynamic and results-driven, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as Time & Attendance Systems, is highly preferred.
  • Local industrial relations experience is a plus.
