At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Artiste Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with artiste management, including scheduling, contract negotiations with clients, event and casting coordination, brand collaborations, chaperoning duties, and ensuring artists are supported in their professional development.

- This role involves managing the daily tasks of an artiste's career, such as coordinating events, negotiating contracts, collaborating with brands, and supporting the artist's growth and development.
- Requirements:
- To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in talent management, events, production, or KOL marketing, as well as familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and influencer engagement.
- You must possess strong administrative and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail, and be highly adaptable to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Desired Skills & Traits:
- In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills, as well as a creative eye for branding and social engagement.
- You should be discreet, reliable, and professional when handling sensitive information and proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic photography/videography (a plus).
