Job Overview:

Talent Coordination and Event Planning

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Artistic Talent Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the performances of local and foreign artists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with local and foreign performing artists.
  • Schedule performance events, promotional appearances, and programs.
  • Manage artist schedules and ensure timely performance delivery.
  • Collaborate with performers to ensure successful events.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as an Artistic Talent Coordinator or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience as a performer is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Data analysis and analytical skills.
  • Project management and attention to detail.
