Job Description:-
  • Play a pivotal role in curating and coordinating captivating performances that enhance the overall nightlife experience
  • Manage a diverse team of performance artists
  • Identify, audition, and recruit talented performance artists, including dancers and singers for South Indian Musical Club
  • Schedule artists, coordinate rehearsals, and oversee their performance schedules
  • Train & guide the performing artists to improve on their performances
  • Help plan and execute special performances for holidays, anniversaries, and other club events
  • Maintain discipline of all artistes and ensure they maintain their professionalism
  • Ensure safety of the crews on and off the stage and report any hazardous findings on stage and backstage
  • Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists
  • Handle interpersonal conflicts between artists
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Ensure the hospitality of the guest
  • Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
Requirements:-
  • 1 to 2 years' experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
  • Prior experience as performing artist would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in event or talent management, preferably in a nightlife or entertainment setting
  • A deep appreciation for performance art and a keen eye for talent
  • Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a flexible schedule, including late nights and weekends
