We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) vertical.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients, developing comprehensive account plans, and leading complex sales cycles from prospecting through to proposal and contract closure.
- Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients across the financial services landscape.
- Develop comprehensive account plans that align client priorities with enterprise software solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring continued value delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead complex sales cycles, including bid preparation, pricing, and negotiation.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide timely reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity metrics.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and proficiency in leveraging digital sales tools and techniques to drive engagement and sales velocity.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in IT or enterprise software sales, with at least 6 years focused on the financial services sector.
- Strong command of consultative and strategic selling techniques, with experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful account strategies and manage deal governance.
- Commercial acumen and a good grasp of contract structures and pricing models.
