Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Change Management Specialist to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of our HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Superuser Adoption: Design and implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of system changes by superusers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Workday Maintenance: Maintain and improve the Workday system to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Scalable HR Processes: Develop and maintain scalable HR processes that align with best practices, ensuring efficient and effective business operations.
  • Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): Identify opportunities for productivity improvements through business process re-engineering, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Requirement Identification: Identify new HRIS requirements and communicate with stakeholders to understand additional needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve HRIS issues and improve user experience.
  • Guideline and Training Development: Create HRIS guidelines and conduct user training to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of HRIS and generate reports on efficiency improvements.
  • Requirement Structuring: Structure and prioritize HRIS requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders.
  • Technology Awareness: Stay updated on the latest HRIS technology and best practices to ensure organizational competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in HR Management or Business Management with 6-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading and implementing ERP solutions projects, with a good track record of managing cross-agency/cross-business unit projects of a similar scale and complexity.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, and ability to make sound and timely decisions.
  • Personal Qualities: Professional demeanor, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
