Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our HR information systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Management
    • Manage and maintain our HR information systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements, labor laws, and data protection standards.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Monitor and assess vendor performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Procurement and Budgeting
    • Oversee the procurement process for new vendors and systems.
    • Manage HRIS budgets and track expenses.
  • System Administration
    • Perform system audits and ensure data integrity.
    • Develop and implement system upgrades and patches.
  • Training and Support
    • Provide training and support to HR staff and administrators on new systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team.
  • Preferably with in-house HRIS experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
