Seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing customs declarations and duty permits, and performing general administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices, debit/credit notes, and financial statements.
  • Manage customs declarations and duty permits, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NITEC / Certificate in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Customs Declarant Certificate (advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 1 year accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
