Human Resource Business Partner

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving operational excellence and employee engagement through strategic people solutions.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for manufacturing and technical roles, ensuring timely and seamless hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with managers to enhance employee relations, performance management, and team development, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, talent reviews, and workforce planning activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures to minimize risks and liabilities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferably with a strong foundation in people management and development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, employment regulations, and HR operations to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Agile mindset with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to drive change, engagement, and business outcomes.
