Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Management Leader to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Trade Management Associates and ensuring the smooth execution of trade management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Wholesale Financial Services, Operational Risk, and the financial regulatory landscape. They will also have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and developing new skills as required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Operations Trade Management Associates in Singapore.
  • Develop and implement effective trade management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office to drive trade booking and brokerage calculation initiatives.
  • Provide analysis and suggestions for process improvements.
