  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate the structural aspects of large-scale construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of structural design plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local building codes.

• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in preparing and submitting structural drawings and documents to relevant authorities for approval.

• Provide technical support to site teams on structural-related matters, interpreting design drawings and resolving site queries.

• Maintain accurate records of design changes, site instructions, and correspondences.

• Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders through regular meetings and updates.

• Coordinate structural and consultant drawings using Revit/Naviswork/Enscape to identify clashes and ensure consistency in construction documents.

• Compile and hand over structural as-built BIM models/drawings upon project completion.

• Foster strong relationships with consultants, work independently, and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Structural Design Engineer, Project Engineer, or Structural Coordinator on Design & Build condominium projects for main contractors.

• Proficiency in software such as ACAD, Revit, and similar tools.

• Familiarity with local authorities requirements (URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks).

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to interpret design drawings, and provide technical support.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to build strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Constructability, BIM, Microsoft Excel, Construction, Structural Analysis, Approval Process, Problem Solving, Interpreting, Compliance, Freight, Simulations, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Technical Support.
