Project Delivery Expert

This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and facade elements. Key responsibilities include leading project teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

  • Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to guarantee technical compliance and quality assurance.
  • Manage project schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
  • Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials.
  • Ensure adherence to local building regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements include a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, as well as minimum 3 years of experience in project management within structural, facade, or real estate construction sectors. Additional requirements include expertise in Bondax system applications, metal structure integration, and proven track records in end-to-end delivery of high-specification structural or facade projects. Preferred skills include strong knowledge of modular steelwork, composite cladding, and structural envelope detailing, as well as experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
