Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-profile civil engineering and construction projects. This full-time role will be based in Singapore and requires a strong background in project planning, coordination, and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project coordinators and site supervisors to plan, execute, and monitor construction activities on site.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations through regular site inspections and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate construction schedules, method statements, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any problems that arise.
  • Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients to address their concerns and requirements.

 

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer in the civil/structural engineering industry.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve construction challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality management principles.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
