Job Title: Key Account Sales Professional

Job Description:

This role reports directly to the Assistant/Deputy Sales Manager/Director and is responsible for providing comprehensive sales, purchasing, and administrative support.

The position entails assisting sales personnel in quotation follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations, coordinating information flows between sales, customers, and delivery teams, liaising with suppliers on purchase orders, sourcing products from suppliers, and undertaking any other assigned tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales team members in quotation follow-up activities
  • Process orders and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate effective communication and information flow between sales, customers, and delivery teams
  • Liaise with suppliers on purchase orders
  • SOURCE FOR PRODUCTS FROM SUPPLIERS
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:

To excel in this role, applicants must possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience, be meticulous, have good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and be an effective team player. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is required.
