About This Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and ensuring it is embedded throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Develops a deep understanding of the company's history, management philosophies, and ways of working.
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supports the practice of company culture for employees and leaders through integration into company-wide management training programs and mechanisms.
  2. Assesses and identifies cultural challenges within business teams, designing and delivering practical solutions to enable employees, leaders, and teams to practice the company's culture.
  3. Enhances understanding of company culture for employees and leaders through learning content, toolkits, training development, and workshop facilitation.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with building a culture within a team or client team, driving business priorities while sustaining employee engagement.
  • Practical experience designing or implementing HR/management processes and systems, such as recruiting, leadership development, recognition programs.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering leadership development workshops and/or employee experience initiatives.
  • Experience leading global change, project, and/or product management, including needs analysis, business consulting, data analysis, stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.

  • Broad expertise across HR processes, thinking innovatively to define creative ways to embed culture.
